Terms & Privacy.

By accessing or using Bespoke Vibes (“the Platform”), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you don’t agree, please stop using the Platform. These Terms apply to all users: buyers, makers, and visitors.

Bespoke Vibes is a marketplace where independent creators (“Makers”) list small software tools (“Tools”) for sale to end users (“Buyers”). Bespoke Vibes facilitates the transaction but is not the seller of record; each Maker is responsible for their own Tool.

As a Maker, you agree to:

• Upload only Tools you own or have rights to distribute.
• Not embed trackers, analytics pixels, outbound network calls, or credential-harvesting code. Our scrubber checks this automatically.
• Not misrepresent what your Tool does in the listing description.
• Respond to buyer support requests within 72 hours.
• Not circumvent the platform fee by directing buyers to purchase off-platform.

As a Buyer, you agree to:

• Purchase Tools for personal or business use only — not for resale.
• Not redistribute, resell, or repackage a purchased Tool without explicit Maker permission.
• Not attempt to reverse-engineer or circumvent any payment mechanism.

Bespoke Vibes takes a 10% platform fee on every transaction. Payments are processed by Stripe. Makers receive payouts weekly via Stripe Connect. Bespoke Vibes is not responsible for Stripe downtime or payment failures beyond our control.

Buyers may request a refund within 90 days of purchase for any reason. Approved refunds are deducted from the Maker’s next payout. Bespoke Vibes reserves the right to deny refund requests that show evidence of abuse.

Every Tool listed on the Platform is processed by our automated security scrubber before going live. The scrubber checks for outbound network requests, tracker pixels, embedded secrets, and unsafe JavaScript patterns. Passing the scrubber is a condition of listing, not a guarantee of perfection. Bespoke Vibes makes no warranty regarding the safety of any third-party Tool.

Bespoke Vibes may suspend or terminate any account for violations of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or behaviour harmful to other users. Makers whose accounts are terminated forfeit any unpaid balance if the termination is for cause.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bespoke Vibes is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform or any Tool listed on it. Our total liability to any party shall not exceed the fees paid to or by that party in the preceding 90 days.

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after notice of changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will give at least 14 days’ notice of material changes.

When you create an account, we collect:

• Email address (for login and account notifications)
• Username / handle (public, used to identify your storefront)
• Display name, bio, and location (optional, public if provided)
• Purchase and sale history (private, stored in our database)

When you buy a Tool, Stripe processes your payment. Bespoke Vibes never stores full card numbers or bank account details.

We do not:

• Track what you do inside individual Tools (they run locally in your browser)
• Sell your data to third parties
• Serve advertising
• Use third-party analytics on the Platform (no Google Analytics, no Meta Pixel)

We use your data to:

• Authenticate you on the Platform
• Process payments and payouts
• Send transactional emails (purchase receipts, sale notifications, payout summaries)
• Enforce these Terms and investigate abuse
• Send platform changelog updates (opt-out available in Settings)

User data is stored in Supabase (PostgreSQL, hosted on AWS us-east-1). Data at rest is encrypted. Data in transit uses TLS 1.2+.

We use a single session cookie to keep you logged in. We do not use advertising cookies, tracking cookies, or third-party cookies of any kind.

You may request a copy of your data, correction of inaccurate data, or deletion of your account at any time by emailing privacy@bespokevibes.com. We will respond within 14 days.
